Effective Date: October 29, 2026
AdLedger is a native Android app, published by Artivy, that shows you your own Google AdMob earnings as a read-only dashboard. It has no Artivy server and no account of its own: you sign in with the Google account that owns your AdMob data, and the figures are read straight from Google and shown on your phone. This policy explains exactly what AdLedger touches, where it goes, and what never leaves your device.
When you sign in, AdLedger asks Google for a single, read-only permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly
scope). This lets AdLedger read, and only read, your AdMob account
information: the account's identifier and currency, your list of apps, and
estimated-earnings and performance reports (impressions, clicks, and similar
metrics) for the date ranges you pick.AdLedger cannot change anything in your AdMob account. The scope grants no write access, so it can never create, edit, or delete your apps, ad units, payment details, or any other setting. It reads your email address only to show which account you are signed in as.
Nowhere but your device. AdLedger has no backend: your earnings and reports are fetched directly from Google's AdMob API to your phone and displayed there. Artivy never receives, stores, or sees your revenue data.
Your AdMob figures are never sent to Artivy, never shared with any third party, and never used for advertising. AdLedger contains no advertising SDK and shows no ads.
AdLedger's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The AdMob data AdLedger reads is used only to show you your dashboard on your own device; it is not transferred to anyone else, not used for advertising, and not read by humans.
AdLedger uses Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics — to understand which screens are used and to receive crash reports so the app can be fixed. These send app-usage events and technical crash details (device model, operating-system version, and the state at the moment of a crash).
They never carry your AdMob revenue figures, your reports, your email address, or your access token. No earnings data is ever attached to an analytics event or a crash report.
AdLedger requests only internet and network-state access, which it needs to reach the AdMob API. It asks for no access to your contacts, files, location, camera, microphone, or any other sensitive part of the device.
Because Artivy holds none of your data, there is nothing on an Artivy server to request or delete.
AdLedger is a tool for AdMob account holders and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect any information from children.
