By downloading or using AdLedger (the "App"), these terms apply to you, so please read them first. AdLedger is a free, native Android app, published by Artivy, that displays your own Google AdMob earnings as a read-only dashboard.
AdLedger reads your Google AdMob account over Google's official AdMob API and shows the figures on your device. To use it you need your own AdMob account and you must sign in with the Google account that owns it. AdLedger makes no changes to your AdMob account: it can only read, never write. The numbers it shows are Google's estimated figures and may differ from your finalised AdMob reports.
The App, and all trade marks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Artivy. "AdMob", "Google", and related marks belong to Google and are used only to describe what the App connects to. You may not copy or modify the App, or attempt to extract its source code.
You may not:
AdLedger relies on Google services: Google sign-in to authorise access, the Google AdMob API to read your data, and Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for diagnostics. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's own terms, and we are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service. How AdLedger handles your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
AdLedger is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. We will never charge you without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
AdLedger depends on the Google AdMob API, which Google may change, limit, or make unavailable at any time; the App may stop working if it does. The App is provided on an "as is" basis, and the earnings and metrics it shows are for your own information and are not a statement of account from Google or Artivy. Do not rely on them as your sole record of earnings.
We may update or change the App at any time and for any reason, and we may update these terms. We may also stop supporting the App; it may then cease to function, and these terms will end.
Artivy accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying on the App or the figures it displays.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes are published on this page, so please review it periodically.
